Job summary

SGF CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities, with no group consolidation required. You will handle AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires the ability to work independently and coordinate with auditors and regulators. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficient in Excel and accounting

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must be able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in handling accounts for multiple companies/entities.
• Good knowledge of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple sets of accounts simultaneously.
• Good time management skills and able to meet monthly closing deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple companies/entities independently.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing and management accounts for review.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulators as needed.
