Job summary

Talent Recruit is assisting a well-established property agency in Kota Damansara to hire a Full Set Accountant. The role covers complete accounting for a group of six subsidiaries, with duties spanning AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payroll, and year-end audits.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–5 years of full-set experience, preferably across multiple entities. Proficiency in SQL or Autocount is required, along with tax compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of full-set accounts experience, preferably for multiple entities.
• Proficient with accounting software such as SQL or Autocount.
• Familiar with e-invoicing, SST, tax compliance.
• Audit coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple subsidiaries.
• Prepare and submit e-invoices per LHDN.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Manage tax computation, SST submissions and compliance.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to MFRS and internal policies.
