Job summary

IGC Holding Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Group Finance Manager to own the month-end close for multiple entities, including intercompany billing, back-charges and eliminations, and to deliver consolidated group management accounts.

You will build segment P&L, cash flow forecasts and manage intercompany reconciliations, reporting directly to owners and partners. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. This is a first-in-seat role with growth potential within a multi-entity group.

Job description

Own the monthly closing of all group entities in SQL Account, including intercompany billing, back-charges and elimination, so that group management accounts are ready. Build and maintain the group consolidated management accounts, segment P&L (audit, tax, secretarial, accounting, Penang) and cash flow forecast. Reconcile and clear intercompany balances and balance transfer accounts between entities.

About you

ACCA, CPA, MIA member or equivalent degree in accounting, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience

Hands-on experience running month-end for multiple related companies, including intercompany transactions and basic consolidation

Strong SQL Account skills (or AutoCount / similar) and confident in Excel; comfortable working with data exports and building your own working papers

Experience in a professional services firm, agency or other people-based business is a strong plus; audit background is welcome

Able to work independently and communicate directly with owners and partners; you will be the person who tells the CEO what the numbers say

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage as most of our team and clients are Mandarin speaking

First-in-seat role with direct access to the CEO and partners; you shape the function rather than inherit one

Exposure to a multi-entity group with its own software platform, at the stage where finance structure actually matters
