The role emphasizes art direction, strong typography, and the use of AI-powered tools to accelerate concepting and production while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• proficient in Brand identity, publication layout, and social media formats.
• Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and art direction.
• Familiar with using AI tools for concepting and asset development.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs under tight deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer who excels in branding, publication design, and social media content creation, with a good eye for art direction and a keen interest in using AI-powered tools to enhance creativity. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s confident in developing polished visuals across multiple platforms - both print and digital.

You’ll be working across brand identity systems, editorial layouts, and engaging digital content, especially for social media campaigns, in collaboration with creative, content, and multimedia teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand identity assets including logos, colour schemes, and visual systems.
• Create layout designs for publications such as brochures, magazines, and reports.
• Develop visually compelling and on-brand content for social media platforms (static, animated, or short-form).
• Contribute to art direction for campaigns, shoots, and digital storytelling.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, DALL·E) to explore concepts and streamline design workflows.
• Stay on top of design and social media trends, digital aesthetics, and emerging tools.
• Work closely with writers, designers, and digital teams to deliver consistent, creative results.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is delivered on time.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of branding, publication layout, and social media content formats.
• A good sense of art direction, typography, and visual hierarchy.
