Job summary

Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to support marketing, branding, and corporate communications. You will create engaging visuals across digital channels and produce high-quality video content for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, 1–4 years of experience, and a strong portfolio.

Job description

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer / Video Editor to support our marketing, branding, and business communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital channels, as well as producing high-quality video content for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with professionalism and ensure all visual assets align with the organization's brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop visual concepts and graphics that effectively communicate key messages and strengthen brand identity.

Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.

Assist in designing thought leadership publications, client-facing materials, and corporate announcements.

Edit and produce professional videos for marketing campaigns, corporate events, training, and employer branding initiatives.

Create short-form video content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

Incorporate motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements where appropriate.

Collaborate with stakeholders to storyboard, plan, and execute multimedia projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or video editing.

Experience with Canva and other design platforms is an advantage.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing capabilities.

Good understanding of branding, layout design, visual storytelling, and content creation.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
