The Branding People in Malaysia is seeking a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas and insights into visually compelling thumbnails that capture attention and drive clicks. You will produce high-volume designs and collaborate with the marketing team to scale campaigns across Southeast Asia.

You should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and experienced with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Runway.

• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or others) for generating and iterating visuals.
• Ability to create scroll-stopping, thumbnail-style designs with compelling copy overlays that drive engagement.
• Exceptional eye for detail, composition, typography, and color.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing approximately 30 designs per day without compromising quality.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Willingness to experiment with layouts, hooks, and visual styles to optimize performance.

What You'll Be Crafting
