Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Malaysia is seeking a Governance, Compliance and Risk Lead to strengthen the division's governance, regulatory and risk practices across corporate solutions. You will develop controls, coordinate with compliance and legal teams, and ensure timely regulatory responses.

You will drive risk assessments, manage audit programs and reporting, and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and regulatory management within financial services.
• Ability to translate regulatory developments into actionable requirements.
• Experience leading risk assessments and control testing.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and auditing processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks, policies, and controls for the division.
• Interpret regulatory developments and implement new requirements.
• Oversee compliance controls and collaborate with risk, legal, data privacy.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track remediation.
• Ensure contract governance and regulatory submissions where applicable.
• Develop governance reporting dashboards for senior management.
• Engage with regulators and other stakeholders to support inspections.
