Job summary

AIA in Malaysia is seeking a Risk and Compliance SME to oversee governance and support for multiple systems within the function. The role focuses on guidance, training, and best practices for end users.

You will drive change management, document requirements, coordinate with Head Office IT, and ensure effective risk controls across markets. Strong English communication and a track record in risk and compliance are essential, with experience in lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance, preferably in life insurance or related financial services industries.
• In-depth knowledge of the system development lifecycle.
• Highly organized, results-driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with ability to present articulately.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and compliance processes across systems across markets.
• Provide guidance and training for end users and IT staff.
• Coordinate change requests and governance with IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end testing for system upgrades and develop training materials.
