Job summary

HGNH International Financial Corporation Limited seeks a Compliance Manager / Chief Compliance Officer to lead regulatory governance and risk oversight in Malaysia. You will liaison with authorities such as SC and Bursa Malaysia, shaping a robust compliance framework aligned with CMSA 2007 and global standards.

You will oversee AML/CFT/CPF programs, supervise CDD/KYC, sanctions screening, and STR filings, and coordinate audit responses while aligning regulatory reporting with regional HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in regulatory compliance within capital markets/securities.
• Leadership experience with regulators (SC/Bursa).
• CMSA 2007, SC Guidelines, AML/CFT/CPF frameworks expertise.
• ACAMS/ICA/CAMS or similar certifications preferred.
• Excellent English; Chinese proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies (SC, Bursa Malaysia) and lead regulatory examinations.
• Develop and evolve a compliance framework integrating group standards with CMSA 2007 and SC guidelines.
• Lead AML/CFT/CPF programs and supervise CDD/KYC, sanctions screening, and STR filings.
• Coordinate with internal/external audits, address findings, and manage third‑party risk; align with Group HQ.
