Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in compliance within the financial industry. Qualifications

• 10 years solid work experience in the financial industry handling compliance and/or controls.
• In-depth understanding of the Insurance/Takaful business preferred.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Compliance Department and ensure compliance objectives are met.
• Implement compliance risk assessment program and engage with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement education programs for compliance culture.
