Razer Merchant Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support strategic hiring needs.

This role ensures top talent acquisition while maintaining seamless recruitment operations in a fast-paced fintech/tech environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, fintech/tech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing, and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process efficiently.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
