Job summary

Razer is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization’s strategic hiring needs. This role will be key in ensuring acquisition of top talent while maintaining seamless recruitment operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates across portals and social channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selections to meet business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably fintech/tech.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
