Job summary

Jabil represents the quality function of technical support in collaboration with other internal groups, addressing manufacturing issues on global customer accounts. You will liaise between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality concerns.

The role focuses on developing QA plans for global new product introductions, supporting quotes, evaluating inspections, and driving corrective actions, while maintaining critical document systems for global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions using APQP.
• Support quoting activities during design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide input to guidelines.
• Deliver global training sessions for applicable functions.
• Manage document storage and review for global customer accounts.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for supplier and customer discrepancies.
