Job summary

Ant Group invites a risk professional to join Ant International to strengthen risk controls across mobile and digital payments. You will engage with global teams to design risk solutions, assess fraud risks, and contribute to the safety of the online acquiring business.

We expect a candidate with 3+ years in payment and risk domains, strong PM and analytical skills, and fluent English to communicate across functions and deliver practical risk mitigation with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in payment and risk-related fields (mobile/digital payments, fraud, acquiring).
• Experience in risk solution design and project delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking with data collection and analysis.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of up-to-date global risk management technology and risk solutions.
• Act as the risk solution design navigator to the business team, leveraging Ant risk capabilities.
• Design risk assessments for acquiring business to mitigate risk.
• Lead solution-based project management across internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and monitor effectiveness.
• Optimize risk performance and user experience through solution or process improvements.
