Job summary

Micron Technology in Penang seeks an experienced program leader to drive global quality improvements in Assembly & Test. You will partner with AT sites and Global Quality to identify and eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across modules and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing or quality engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Assembly & Test processes across multiple sites.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement programs globally.
• Proven ability to drive automation and data-driven quality improvements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives with AT sites and Global Quality to reduce high-risk manual touchpoints.
• Validate touchpoints onsite, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Develop and deploy scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end redesigns to eliminate manual touchpoints upfront.
• Governance to drive strategy and execution across all AT sites.
• Scale proven solutions across AT sites using deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with partners to align roadmap for Global Assembly & Test network.
• Create KPIs and scorecards to track elimination of touchpoints.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards integrating manufacturing systems for proactive quality risk detection.
