You will develop, qualify, and optimize test equipment hardware and software, partnering with Manufacturing, Test, Process, and Equipment teams to deploy best-known methods and deliver reliable tools across sites. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering and 3–5 years in test equipment engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant engineering experience in test equipment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment, optimize processes and improve yield.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Test TOR (Tool of Records) equipment sites' support, evaluation, solving and installation.
Lead and coordinate priorities and activities to accomplish project tasks in your area(s) of responsibility.
Balance priorities to improve business processes and existing systems that are global.
Track metrics for benchmarking performance and share BKMs across sites.
Support TOR Equipment OS and software releases.
Mentor site equipment owners to take up new projects.
