Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing or related technical field.
Strong analytical and system-thinking abilities; data-driven problem solving.
Experience with cross-functional and multi-site improvement programs.

Responsibilities

Lead global initiatives to eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints in Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, and related areas.
Validate touchpoints onsite, identify risks, and propose improvements to remove them.
Develop scalable automation solutions including AI-enabled dashboards and predictive quality tools.
Collaborate with SMEs to redesign workflows and drive deployment across sites.
Establish KPIs and governance to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
