Job summary

REDmoney Group seeks a Senior Event Producer to shape an international events programme with a strong emphasis on content and programme development rather than logistics. You will own agenda development, speaker recruitment, and engagement with regulators, financial institutions and other senior stakeholders across conferences, roundtables and training programmes.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience producing high-quality conferences, roundtables, training programmes or other business events, with a demonstrable record of developing strong programmes and securing senior speakers.
• Experience in financial services, professional services or another sophisticated B2B sector would be a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and make good decisions without requiring constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, industry developments and emerging themes to identify relevant and commercially attractive event topics.
• Develop agendas, session concepts and programme content across conferences, roundtables, dialogues and training programmes.
• Identify, approach and secure high-quality speakers, moderators and contributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry participants, including regulators, financial institutions, investors, advisers and other key stakeholders.
• Work directly with speakers and moderators in the lead-up to events to ensure sessions are well structured, relevant and engaging.
• Develop detailed session plans, including discussion themes, questions and briefing materials for moderators and panellists.
• Identify new speakers, organisations and perspectives rather than relying solely on established industry contacts.
• Contribute ideas for new event formats, markets and subject areas and help continuously improve existing programmes.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure programmes meet both editorial and commercial objectives.
• Take ownership of projects and deadlines, anticipating potential issues and ensuring that commitments are followed through.
