kryptonfs is seeking an experienced Head of Fund Administration to lead our fund administration operations in Malaysia. The role combines technical fund administration expertise with operational leadership, client management and people leadership.

You will oversee Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency/Investor Services, and a strong governance framework across regulatory reporting and risk management. The position requires strategic oversight and a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FundAccounting function and ensure accurate NAV delivery in line with fund documentation and SLAs.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly NAV processes including pricing, accruals, expenses, income, and reconciliations.
• Maintain robust controls, reviewNAV breaks and pricing exceptions, and ensure regulatory reporting readiness.
