Job summary

Bitara Capital Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable applications using React/Next.js/Vue.js, TypeScript, Go/Java/Python, and microservices.

You will work with Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS, REST/WebSocket/gRPC APIs, and PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis in a collaborative 20-person team. You will contribute to cloud deployments on AWS/GCP, implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes, and explore Web3 features.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in front-end development using React, Next.js, or Vue.js, with strong TypeScript skills.
• Solid back-end development experience with Go/Java/Node.js/Python and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS for asynchronous messaging.
• Proficiency in designing APIs using REST, WebSocket, gRPC, GraphQL, and OpenAPI/Protobuf.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis and data modeling/optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• CI/CD pipelines setup and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain is a plus.
• Strong English communication; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 20-person multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with React/Next.js/Vue and TypeScript.

• Implement data storage with PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis and optimize access patterns.
• Develop Web3 and blockchain features and integrate them into apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all development stages from concept to deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented code and perform code reviews.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes on AWS/GCP for automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
• Mentor junior developers to foster a high-performing team.
