Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a capable professional to assist the Head of Front Office Management in supporting the BCB Loan Application System. You will coordinate incident management, process reengineering, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth loan processing.

The role involves collaborating with vendors and ITSME, guiding testing for system enhancements, and providing post-rollout support including training and documentation. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIS or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years in project management or project enhancement.
• Knowledge of AS400 Retail Banking System and Credit Application System is a plus.
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for business users with loan applications.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents; escalate to technical teams when needed.
• Articulate issues to ITSME and vendors to ensure quick resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-state processes and support testing and rollout.
• Maintain incident records, update SOPs and expand knowledge base.
