Job summary

Aramex Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager, Freight to drive revenue growth by acquiring new freight customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will understand customer requirements and align them with Aramex freight solutions to achieve targeted growth and high customer satisfaction.

You will source opportunities, manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative shipping solutions and meet sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Logistics or transportation industry preferred.
• Automotive and consumer electronics sectors knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record in sourcing opportunities and revenue growth.
• Experience with multi-channel retailers and brands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build client rapport.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
