Job summary

Aramex Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Pricing Coordinator to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and service providers. You will provide shipment updates and monitor market rates to stay competitive in the freight market.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, at least 3 years in freight forwarding or commercial operations, and familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, procurement, or commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and transportation services.
• Experience in freight quotations, tenders, and rate negotiations.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from customers, overseas agents, and business partners.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and service providers.
• Provide shipment updates and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Source competitive freight rates from airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and vendors.
• Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and tender bids.
• Monitor customer portals for new business and bidding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of rates, quotations, tenders, and vendors.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth shipment execution.
