Ryt Bank is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will drive five-year projections, support regulatory capital processes, and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning and related data models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting/finance qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent).
• 5–8 years in progressive FP&A, financial planning or management reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and FP&A planning tools.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in banking or regulated financial institutions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the annual budget cycle end-to-end with input from the business and Board of Directors approval.
• Maintain the monthly rolling forecast to meet BNM capital and liquidity thresholds.
• Own five‑year projections and drive credible path to profitability and licensing milestones.
• Coordinate annual socialisation of the five‑year plan with BNM and business teams.
• Prepare scenario analyses and capital planning materials for shareholder engagements.
• Refine financial models to reflect evolving operating environment and regulatory needs.
• Produce monthly management accounts, dashboards, and board packs.
• Deliver variance commentary (actual vs budget vs forecast) and KPI development.
• Support Workday Adaptive Planning maintenance and improvements; leverage ERP data for planning.
• Partner with business heads to provide financial insights and assess campaign viability.
• Monitor CAC and retention costs; support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
