Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, business performance monitoring, and decision support. This role partners with business and operational teams to improve profitability, optimize cost structures, strengthen working capital performance, and drive strategic business decisions through financial insights and advanced analytics.
In addition, the role serves as a Finance Technology Partner by leveraging digital tools, automation, AI, and financial modeling solutions to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision‑making capability across Finance and Operations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, cost optimization, investments, and business scenarios.
  • Monitor operating income, margins, working capital, cash flow, and other key performance indicators.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Support strategic planning and long‑term business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Business Unit Managers, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
  • Build financial data models and predictive analytics tools to support forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Develop AI‑enabled finance assistants and chatbot solutions to enhance user self‑service reporting.
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to implement Finance AI transformation initiatives.
  • Integrate ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TM1, Coupa, etc.) with reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
  • Proven expertise in developing and utilizing sophisticated financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
