Job summary

Wahed Invest LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to power strategic decisions by turning data into insights and building dynamic forecasting models.

You will partner with the Finance Director and cross-functional leaders to strengthen the financial foundations of a scaling, values-driven fintech. The role combines financial analysis with automation to improve processes and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline.
• Proven FP&A, Data Analytics, or BI experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with hands-on SQL and Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for business decisions.
• Build dashboards providing real-time insights for regional KPIs.
