Brenntag Malaysia seeks an experienced Food Technologist to provide and develop technical solutions for customers across multiple food categories, with a focus on bakery. You will conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials independently at Brenntag Technical Centre and at customer facilities.

You will support the Blended Solutions Team, evaluate blends, work with commercial teams and suppliers, and train teams regionally. A degree in related field and 10+ years experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Chemistry/Food Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Food Technologist or in R&D within Food & Beverage.
• Experience across bakery, snacks, and plant-based/hybrid solutions.
• Proven ability to design and conduct laboratory trials.
• Strong English communication and collaborative skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct hands-on laboratory trials to evaluate ingredients and blends.
• Handle processing equipment used in food manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time completion of customer and internal projects.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to drive opportunities.
