Job summary
DPO International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth by promoting food ingredient solutions to manufacturers and marketers, while building lasting relationships across the food industry.
You will identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, collaborate with suppliers and technical teams, and deliver compelling proposals, forecasts, and market insights to help shape product development and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development in food ingredients or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting food ingredient solutions to manufacturers and marketers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage sales pipeline with forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide market intelligence and support product development initiatives.
