Confidential is seeking a senior finance executive to lead the Finance Division, overseeing closing, treasury, revenue management, and financial project management. The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and governance across SOPs and regulatory standards, while mentoring staff and coordinating with external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with Professional Accountancy.
• 12+ years of experience in Finance Function.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial closing to ensure accuracy of monthly/quarterly results and statutory filings.
• Supervise finance operations to ensure timely transactions and DAL compliance.
• Manage treasury and corporate finance for sukuk funding and fund managers.
• Oversee cash management and cash flow projections for capex and OPEX.
• Oversee revenue management including invoicing and lease rental collections for state water operators.
• Lead financial project management including cloud ERP, automation, transfer pricing docs, and external stakeholder approvals.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff, engage external stakeholders and senior management.
