Job summary

AirAsia Berhad in Malaysia seeks a senior financial planning and analysis professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Tribe/LOB. You will build robust models, align budgets with strategic priorities, and communicate insights to management.

You will also own MIS development, automate reports with tools such as Google Data Studio, collaborate with regional teams, and drive continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Math and professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in finance of loyalty programs is a plus.
• 8+ years in accounting or financial services required.
• Strong English communication and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and 5-year projections with key drivers.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting with stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and variance analysis.
• Develop MIS dashboards and automate reports with tools.
• Perform financial simulations for new initiatives and decisions.
• Drive process improvements and manage special projects.
