GSS AirAsia SEA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for loyalty program and regional business lines.

The role requires building robust financial models, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, and delivering clear reports and dashboards to management and investors, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Math; professional qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or financial services.
• Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail; team player yet able to work independently.
• Strong English and excellent report-writing skills.
• Strong computer skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual budget and 5-Year Projections with key drivers.
• Align budget numbers with Tribe/LOB strategy and business plan.
• Sanity-check market trends against budget.
• Build dynamic financial models to analyze revenue potential for new business.
• Ensure budgets and projections are clearly articulated to management/investors.
• Liaise with Tribe/LOB Leads on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts and consolidate them.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain causes; drive actions.
• Deliver readable dashboards; automate reports using tools like RPA and data platforms.
• Assist in financial simulations/modelling for new initiatives; perform sensitivity/what-if analyses.
• Lead or assist in process improvements and continuous best practices.
