Job summary

Ferring is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead month-end and year-end close for Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will supervise accounting activities, coordinate with Genpact and shared services, and ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls.

You will partner with the General Manager and SEA Finance to deliver accurate reporting, budgets, cash flow projections and tax computations, while guiding the bridge period to the permanent Senior Accountant.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of finance experience.
• Strong month-end and year-end close background.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP in a shared-services setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure month-end close for MY, SG and PH.
• Own closing calendar, journals, reconciliations and tax accounting.
• Act as senior local interface with GPO and shared services (Genpact) and drive service delivery.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls across entities.
• Prepare audit files and respond to auditor queries during year-end.
