Job summary

Ferring Malaysia is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead month-end and year-end close across Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will own the closing calendar, supervise accounting for multiple entities, and ensure IFRS compliance and accurate statutory reporting.

In this senior partner role you will advise the General Manager with performance analyses, coordinate with Genpact and shared services, and maintain a robust control environment with audit readiness and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting and controls background.
• Prior Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or Controller role.
• Experience of SAP or a comparable ERP in a BPO / shared-services environment.
• Malaysia finance, tax and statutory experience is essential; Singapore exposure preferred; Philippines exposure an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure the November 2026 month-end close and the December 2026 year-end close for Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.
• Own the closing calendar and checklist; ensure journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations and tax accounting are completed on time.
• Directly supervise accounting across MY, SG and PH: journals, reconciliations, A/P, A/R and cash flow projections.
• Interface with Genpact and shared Finance to chase deliverables and ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Maintain IFRS compliance, local statutory/tax requirements and internal-control evidence.
