Job summary

Talentcloud.ai group is seeking a Finance Senior Executive to support daily finance operations with emphasis on accounts receivable, credit control, and accurate financial processing. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements, including e-Invoicing initiatives and audit support.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in finance operations, AR or related.
• Experience with e-Invoicing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily accounts receivable activities and guide team members on routine operational matters.
• Identify and support process improvements to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve productivity.
• Reconcile and prepare Journal entries relating to commissions, rebates, and incentives for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Respond to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating significant matters when required.
• Prepare materials for and coordinate regular collection meetings with the business team, including follow-up on actions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and Statements of Account (SOA) to all stakeholders for both systems on a timely basis.
• Review and month-end close AR balances, investigate discrepancies, and elevate material issues.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations accurately and on time; follow up on lodgements and unreconciled items.
• Prepare change requests or defect reports and perform UAT for e-Invoice enhancements, documenting results.
• Monitor the e-Invoicing process and identify recurring issues with improvements.
• Coordinate documentation and respond to audit requests, supporting timely completion.
• Review AR aging to identify overdue balances and credit risk exposure.
• Assess recoverability of outstanding balances and provide provisioning recommendations.
