Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Finance Manager – Accounts Receivable & E-Invoicing to lead the AR, billing, and e-Invoicing functions. The role requires hands-on, analytical finance professional who can own the AR process and work independently to improve cash flow.

You will collaborate with Project, Commercial, Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams, manage end-to-end AR, invoicing, collections, month-end closing and provide insightful reporting to CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years in AR, billing, or finance operations.
• Hands-on with end-to-end AR and billing.
• Experience with e-Invoicing and customer portals.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR and customer billing.
• Prepare and issue invoices per contracts and milestones.
• Ensure accurate revenue capture and timely billing.
• Monitor AR ageing and collect overdue payments.
• Perform month-end AR reconciliation and reporting.
• Drive e-Invoicing compliance and process improvements.
• Maintain billing documentation and master data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
