Teleflex is seeking a highly competent Senior Finance Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance operations in our Global Operations in Malaysia. You will drive financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and compliance. ERP experience with SAP/Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Professional certification such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of finance experience, 5+ in management.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial reporting, accounting operations, treasury, and internal controls.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and statutory audits.
• Oversee taxation, GST/VAT, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for strategic decisions.
