Job summary

ITMAX SYSTEM BERHAD is seeking a Senior Finance Executive/Account Executive to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for financial reporting. The role requires handling full/partial sets of accounts, monthly closings, and ensuring compliance across statutory reporting.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Finance or related field with at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in Autocount and MS Office, and be willing to work in Seri Petaling.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Proficient in Autocount Accounting Software and MS Office.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Willing to work in Seri Petaling.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle partial/full set of accounts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly closing.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory and external compliance reporting.
• Prepare month-end reconciliation and consolidation accounts.
• Assist in audits and tax matters; handle filing and payments.
