Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking five Senior Accounts Executives in Kuala Lumpur to manage full accounting cycles and monthly closings. You will prepare journals, inter-company reconciliations, and statutory schedules while supporting audits and tax processes.

The role requires at least a diploma/degree in accounting (ACCA preferred) and 4–5 years of experience with strong Excel skills and accounting software knowledge.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent qualifications (ACCA or accounting related field).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of any accounting system.
• Preferably has 4–5 years of working experience.
• Meticulous with figures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure timely monthly accounting closing and preparation of financial and management reports.
• Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, and monthly reconciliation of debtors/creditors.
• Prepare journals for provisions, accruals, and charges before month-end closing of management reporting.
• Prepare monthly inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and analysis reports for relevant parties.
• Support any compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
