Job summary

ITMAX SYSTEM BERHAD is seeking a Senior Finance Executive/Account Executive to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for financial reporting. The role requires handling full/partial sets of accounts, monthly closings, and ensuring compliance across statutory reporting.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Finance or related field with at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in Autocount and MS Office, and be willing to work in Seri Petaling.

SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE / FINANCE EXECUTIVE

As a public listed company, we are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Finance Executive / Account Executive to handle and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions to support the Company’s business operations and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

Able to handle partial / full set of accounts.

Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly accounts closing and to ensure all statutory, regulatory and external compliance reporting requirements are met and smooth operations of the Finance Department which shall include the financial reporting and suitability reporting.

Ensure accurate and proper accounting entries.

Prepare month end reconciliation and consolidation accounts.

Assist in company’s annual audit activities and tax matters.

General filing, preparing payment and processing tax return.

Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Autocount Accounting Software, MS Office.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English. Proficiency in Chinese will be added as advantage.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
