Job summary

COLLECTCO SERVICES SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Finance Executive to lead daily finance operations in Malaysia. You will manage full set accounts, perform month-end close, and provide financial insights for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Review and process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims.
• Monitor customer billing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor daily cash flow position and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Analyse expenses, revenue performance, and cost trends.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for managing daily finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The role involves handling full set accounting functions, financial analysis, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and adjustments.

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

About you

Experience handling full set accounts is preferred.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MICPA are an added advantage.

Experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or service industry is preferred.
