Job summary

HMI Medical in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Executive to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

You will work closely with senior accounting staff, help with bank reconciliations and reporting, and gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Audit experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
• ACCA or CPA qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of HQ accounts and related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules.
• Assist in payment processing according to payment schedules.
• Manage all bank accounts for all entities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end closing procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of HQ Accounts and support monthly closing activities including preparation of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors for the audit of HQ Accounts including preparation of supporting schedules.
• Assist in payment processing and ensuring payments are paid in accordance to the payment schedules.
• Management of all bank accounts for all the entities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft and ERP systems.
