Job summary

Straits Orthopaedics (Mfg) Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan is seeking an Accountant to maintain complete accounting records and the full set of accounts for a medical devices manufacturer with ISO certifications and global export exposure.

The role emphasizes compliance with MFRS and Malaysian tax regulations, liaison with auditors and regulators, and support for ERP/MES implementations (Epicor). Strong Excel skills and independent work style required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of full set accounting is essential.
• Audit experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems; knowledge of Epicor ERP will be an added advantage.

About you

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP and MES systems is preferred; knowledge of Epicor ERP will be an added advantage.
