Job summary

CCB Medical Devices Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Finance & HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance, accounting, and human resources. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws.

You will drive profitability, implement cost controls, and foster a high-performance culture in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant managerial experience in Finance and HR.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA is an added advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
