Job summary

NPAworldwide in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to manage licensing, SST compliance, and full accounting functions. The role covers LMW administration, customs coordination, tax filings, payroll, and regulatory reporting.

You will liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and government departments; requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of accounting experience with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle full accounting functions and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare monthly accounts and management reports timely.
• Submit bi-monthly SST returns and quarterly tax estimates.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulators on finance matters.
• Manage payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
• Oversee e-Invoicing implementation and compliance requirements.
