Nestle Malaysia is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Johor to drive growth through General Trade channels. The role requires developing field plans, advising retailers, and ensuring execution of promotions and merchandising guidelines.

With a minimum diploma and 5+ years in sales or marketing, the candidate will lead a Field Sales team and coordinate channel activities to meet targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance with Nestlé guidelines.

Competenze

• Minimum diploma in any related discipline.
• SPM qualification for sales reps with min 5 years experience.
• More than 5 years in marketing or sales and proven KPI delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people.
• Understanding of all sales functions (CCSD, Customer, Field).
• Experience in managing Field Sales team.

• Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for GT Channels to deliver growth.
• Advise retailers and maintain customer intimacy with top outlets quarterly.
• Monitor compliance of the Must-Have List, promotions, and planograms by Field Sales.
• Lead Field Sales team and uphold operation best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and coach the team based on findings.
