Nestlé S.A. in Malaysia invites a Sales Representative to execute field sales activities for key accounts, maximize growth and strengthen market leadership.

You will service outlets, ensure promotion compliance, and manage product distribution and merchandising standards to win customers as the preferred supplier. You should have a university diploma or degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in sales, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with merchandising and field sales.

Responsabilidades

• You will be accountable & responsible for throughput sales performance by category.
• For the Territory, you would service assigned outlets as per journey plan / call card.
• Promotion Compliance: ensure space is available during mailer/promotion period.
• Update Key Monthly Activities/ Promotion.
• Responsible for Product Distribution & Merchandising Standards.
• Ensure full compliance of channel must have list.
• Channel planogram and merchandising standard guideline.
• Maximize usage of POS material and replace old with new.
• You would need to be Winning Customers by being the preferred Supplier.
• Customer Service Level should be top notch.
• Negotiate Road shows / Activities.
• Provide feedback on competitors’ activities & development to superiors for counter actions.
• Capture competitors’ activities i.e. new product distribution, promotion, packaging changes, visibility campaigns.
• Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy.
• Timely feedback on potential issues and highlight opportunities & gaps.
