Job summary

Siliconware Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a qualified professional to plan and manage system performance improvements, capacity expansion, and annual plans for factory operations.

The role includes organizing educational training and introducing professional technology to teams. Responsibilities include implementing system maintenance standards, updating SPEC as needed, and analyzing system anomalies to propose effective countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering (Electrical, Air Conditioning, Environmental, Chemical, and Mechanical) or related discipline.
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in factory systems management or related work.
