Job summary

The role includes organizing educational training and introducing professional technology to teams. Responsibilities include implementing system maintenance standards, updating SPEC as needed, and analyzing system anomalies to propose effective countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering (Electrical, Air Conditioning, Environmental, Chemical, and Mechanical) or related discipline.
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in factory systems management or related work.

Responsibilities

• Plan system performance improvement, capacity expansion plans and annual plans.
• Plan system educational training and professional technology introduction.
• Implement system maintenance standards and addition/revision of SPEC.
• Propose analysis of the cause of system anomalies and propose improvement countermeasures.
• Other mission assigned by superior.
