Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer in Malaysia to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. You will work on energy management, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an engineering degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience with supervision. Some travel within Klang Valley is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety policies for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems run efficiently.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and handle emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and keep a clean workspace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specifications.
