Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 3 years with a Master’s).
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom management.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC in cleanroom environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and consultants for expansions and new projects.
• Prepare operating budgets, cost reports, and vendor management for facility services.
• Mentor and coach team members; oversee performance and recruitment decisions.
